Enetpulse Announce Tennis Data Deals with bet365, William Hill and Paddy Power

Enetpulse, the exclusive global supplier of ATP & WTA data, has secured multi-year agreements with bet365, William Hill and Paddy Power for the supply of official live scoring tennis data.

Enetpulse, a leading global provider of live data for many sports, secured a five year exclusive deal with the governing bodies of the men’s and women’s professional tennis tours in September 2011. Data is supplied directly from the ATP and WTA’s central scoring system.

Phil Parry, Business Development Manager at Enetpulse, said: “We are delighted to have concluded long term deals with three of the leading operators.

Our agreement with the ATP and WTA allows us to provide the fastest, most accurate official tennis live scoring data available. We look forward to announcing further agreements with other leading operators interested in live data opportunities in due course.”

Denise Coates, Joint Chief Executive at bet365 said: “bet365 remains committed to offering the fastest and most comprehensive In-Play experience for our customers. The addition of the complete and official ATP & WTA live scoring tennis data via Enetpulse takes our In-Play tennis service to a new level both in terms of speed and coverage.”

Terry Pattinson, Group Trading Director for William Hill said: “We’re delighted to have signed a deal with Enetpulse which will allow us to improve our market-leading in-play service. 2011 saw William Hill offer over 10,000 tennis matches available in-running, and this new agreement will allow us to double that offering by year end.”

About ATP and WTA

The ATP is the governing body of the men’s professional tennis circuits, including the ATP World Tour and the ATP Challenger Tour. The WTA is the governing body of the women’s professional tennis circuits. The ATP and the WTA are responsible for scheduling the tournaments and producing the draws and orders of play for their respective tours.

The ATP and WTA operate and manage one of the largest live scoring networks in the world. For each point played in their respective tournaments, the ATP and the WTA collect data from the official umpire chair computer system and transmit it on a live basis to a central scoring system. In 2010 alone, the 19,000 matches scheduled in the ATP and the WTA calendars produced more than 400,000 games and scored almost 2.5 million points.
